ALL WITH MOCOA
On the night of the 31st of March, severe floods devastated part of the city of Mocoa, capital of the Department of Putumayo, located to the south of Colombia. The force of 3 rivers dragged mud and stones, causing an unprecedented tragedy in the region, with an unfortunate balance of more than 300 victims between adults and children.
Our Foundation, aware of the magnitude of the tragedy and the urgency for rapid action to support all the victims, donated, through the Abaco Foundation, $68.000.000 worth of goods such as toiletries, diapers and wet wipes, sanitary towels and toilet paper. These items were given by Abaco to the ICBF and to the Diocese of Putumayo.
